Position

As a partner in the real estate team, Ed deals with all kinds of commercial property work with a particular focus on the property aspects of corporate transactions and advising businesses on their occupational property interests. He heads up the retail leisure and hospitality sector and focusses in particular on luxury international retailers and boutique hotel operators and restaurants.  His clients include a major statutory water supplier in Kent, Sussex and Surrey; a high end, leading UK retail business, lots of international retailers, boutique hotel chains; and various other local, national and international businesses. Recent work highlights include flagship store acquisitions for international retailers in Regent Street, Covent Garden, Westfield and Chelsea.
