James is a partner in our construction and engineering group specialising in non-contentious construction law.  His practice normally centres on advising employer clients including large institutional investors, shopping centres, developers, central Government departments, local authorities and affordable housing providers, but can provide advice to any party at any point of the supply chain, including contractors, professional consultants and sub-contractors.  His expertise includes advising on all forms of building and engineering contract, bespoke development agreements, consultant appointments, sub-contracts, collateral warranties and project finance documentation.
