Partner. Having qualified in 1996 Jane has extensive experience in all areas of family law and specialises in high net worth cases for married and unmarried couples who she regularly represents under the Trust of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act (TOLATA) 1996. Jane regularly assists people in planning for the possibility of a relationship ending.
Jane is a specialist in complex private law children proceedings and regularly undertakes her own advocacy. She has a reputation for being fair and conciliatory but is a strong advocate.
Clarion continues to be only one of only handful firms in the north dealing with surrogacy work, and this is an area that Jane has great expertise in.
