Position
Partner and head of private client services team. Justine deals with all aspects of financial matters, but with particular expertise in high net worth divorce clients and cases involving complex assets. Justine has raised the profile of the family team, both locally and nationally, establishing the family team as one of the major players in the region. Justine advises on many pre and post marital agreements and has gained the reputation of being a market-leader in this area. Justine is a trained collaborative lawyer and has successfully settled a number of cases using this process and has shown a great commitment to resolving matters outside of the court arena.

Qualified in 1996 and joined Shulmans Solicitors, Leeds; Clarion in November 2008 as senior associate and partner in April 2010; head of private client services in August 2012.
