Alejandro is an experienced and reliable attorney whose practice is focused in transactional and financial matters. Alejandro has represented world class companies both local and foreign in national and cross border transactions. He is specialized in structuring and negotiating corporate loans and structured financing (project finance) in infrastructure and energy fields including the settlement of trust vehicles (fideicomisos) and the design of the collateral related. Alejandro has expertise in negotiating credit and finance restructuring. While performing his financing practice he has represented both sponsors and lenders.

Alejandro has proven experience in mergers and acquisitions where he participated in a number of the most relevant transactions in Mexico. Expert in corporate matters and companies and partnerships settlement focusing his practice in designing sophisticated by-laws, shareholders agreements, joint ventures and corporate re-structuring according to the specific needs of his clients to achieve conflict prevention and to promote the flexible and efficient decision making and performance of their main activities. Alejandro participates in drafting and negotiating any kind of contracts and agreements where financing agreements, EPCs and services agreements are remarkable.
