Career

César is a Partner in the Real Estate team and advises clients on all aspects of real estate transactions and developments. His experience incorporates a broad spectrum of activities, including conceptualisation, drafting and implementation of the adequate legal structures for the construction of real estate properties and infrastructure projects through trusts, special purpose vehicles or companies and the drafting and negotiation of the necessary contracts and agreements in order to implement these structures.

He specialises in leasing, purchase and sale of real estate assets of all kinds and the drafting, negotiation and implementation of transfer of rights contracts (such as leases, usufruct and free loan), focusing mainly on the retail, industrial, logistics, commercial and office space sectors.
