Career

Raquel joined the Firm in 2020, her area of practice is Corporate, M&A and Real Estate.

Raquel has more than 14 years’ experience in advising international and national clients setting-up and launching their investments in the Angolan market, restructuring and M&A operations. Her practice also includes complex real estate, construction, and retail projects, notably, trough the incorporation of funds and other structures.

Raquel is also proficient in corporate and corporate governance issues, having worked several years as in house and as corporate secretary for a major company in Angola.
