The ‘solid and complete team’ at tax law firm Ulloa & Cía predominantly acts for family businesses and investment funds, as well as real estate, finance, engineering and retail sector companies. The sizeable 19-strong group covers corporate taxation, restructuring, tax compliance, tax disputes, and domestic and international tax advisory work.
