Career

Renato has been working for more than 20 years with tax advisory and taxation of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate restructuring, debt restructuring and financial and capital market operations and tax administrative litigation. Renato serves public and private companies in a variety of sectors, such as financial services, infrastructure and fuels. It also assists individuals in their estate and succession planning.

He is a member of the Brazilian Institute of Tax Law (IBDT), Brazilian Association of Financial Law (ABDF) and International Fiscal Association (IFA).

​Renato is co-author of the book “Manual de Tributação do Mercado Financeiro” and is the author of several articles in the tax area.
