Nemesis is an associate at Consortium Legal – El Salvador. With more than 8 years of experience in the judicial sector, performing functions specifically in the civil and commercial area, with specialization in processes of a different nature in accordance with current Salvadoran legislation. Her experience covers the resolution of complex conflicts from a judicial perspective, with emphasis on cases of Private and Administrative Law. She has had the opportunity to directly work and support with judges and magistrates, assisting them in first and second instance hearings, which has also allowed her to develop skills in the orality techniques required in most processes.
Her experience also covers aspects of illicit enrichment, since she knows the administrative and judicial phases that these processes are composed of, as well as the procedural stages and the legal mechanisms available. In addition, she has specialized competences in the subject of judicial resolutions. She has also performed legal functions in public institutions, specifically in the municipal area, supporting the legal analysis of public contracts, allowing her to expand knowledge in many administrative matters which gave her the ability to attend direct settlements and arbitrations with City Halls or different public institutions at the national level.
