Javier has more than ten years of experience focusing on clients in highly regulated sectors such as fintech, banking, insurance and health.

He has advised both domestic and international clients, including banks and other financial institutions, in complex regulatory matters such as authorization processes, design and implementation of compliance strategies and anti-money laundry programs.

He recently has advised clients in cryptocurrency matters such as the operation of cryptocurrencies exchanges, blockchains and legal frameworks to accept cryptocurrencies as a form of payment.
