Haydeé is member of the real estate practice group. For over seven years, she has advised clients on the purchase and sale of properties and on the development of construction projects in Mexico.

She has broad experience structuring, drafting and negotiating all types of contracts, including purchase and sale agreements, leases and trusts, as well other documents related to business transactions of the clients. Haydeé has advised clients on M&A transactions performing corporate and real estate due diligences to identify potential risks and has helped to design legal strategies to mitigate them. Prior to joining the firm, Haydeé was part of the corporate and real estate departments in other top law firms in Mexico.
