Máximo José Bomchil is a senior associate in the Financial Services and Capital Markets and Corporate departments. He joined the firm in 2006.

He graduated as a lawyer from Universidad de Buenos Aires in 2007.  He obtained an LLM degree in Banking, Corporate and Finance Law in Fordham University (New York).

His practice focuses on corporate conflicts and merger and acquisition operations. He advises national and foreign clients in corporate, contractual matters, regulatory and consumer protection matters.
