Advice of national and international clients on the protection of IP portfolios, on an international and national level, including trademarks, patents, geographical indications, copyright, software and internet issues.

Advice on data protection and privacy, right of publicity, licensing, technology transfer and franchising, e-commerce, including IP protection from the perspective of unfair competition, advertising regulations (CONAR), consumer protection laws, labor relations, confidentiality agreements, labeling regulations, among a diversity of regulatory advice for the day-to-day business, such as bio-pharmaceutical, medical devices, cosmetics, and food industries.

Infringement enforcement and dispute resolution. Included in the WIPO Center’s List of Mediators and Arbitrators.

Ms. Bardón is a member of  the Board of the Expert Female Lawyers Commission, Colegio de Abogados de Chile (Chilean Bar Association), the Chilean Association of Industrial Property (ACHIPI), the Inter-American Association of Industrial Property (ASIPI), the International Association for the Protection of Industrial Property (AIPPI) and the International Trademark Association (INTA). She has been appointed, as committee member, in several Subcommittees of INTA, since year 2004.

Also, she is member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) serving as Co-Chair of the Chilean IAPP Knowledgenet Chapter since 2020.

She joined Claro & Cia. in 1995.
