Luiz Guilherme Migliora is a senior partner of the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group.  He focuses his practice on managing complex litigation in product liability, civil and labor matters. He has represented one of the world’s largest tobacco companies for several years and has acquired prominence and deep expertise in the area of consumer products litigation.   Clients value Mr. Migliora’s comprehension of the Brazilian legal system and routinely retain him for advice on complicated and strategic issues.

Also being a partner of the Firm’s Labor and Employment Practice Group, Mr. Migliora has significant experience advising international and Brazilian corporations on labor issues.  He offers clients the unique combination of extensive real-world experience in labor litigation and advice and counsel with unprecedented academic knowledge gleaned from over a decade of teaching Labor Law in Brazil’s top educational institutions.  Mr. Migliora is an active member of Ius Laboris, the international alliance of leading Human Resources law practitioners, with more than 2,500 lawyers providing local labor law knowledge and coverage in more than 100 countries.
