Efraín has more than nine years of professional experience. Throughout his career, he has specialized in intellectual property litigation and consulting, representing both plaintiffs and defendants on infringement, revocation and nullity proceedings of trademark, patent, design and copyright registrations, and their appeals.
He also represents clients in the entertainment industry in negotiations, obtaining rights, and licensing. Likewise, he develops technical and legal structures to protect trade secrets and personal data for its effective monetization.
