Nestor Broce is a Senior Associate in Morgan & Morgan and General Manager of MMG Trust (Panama), S.A.. Mr. Broce mainly specializes in trusts, estate planning, project management trusts, guarantee trusts, among other fiduciary services.
Mr. Broce has a solid professional background. He has served also as General Manager and attorney of international trust companies in the British Virgin Islands and Panama, respectively.
His portfolio of clients include banks and trust companies, family businesses and companies, which requires sophisticated, custom-made fiduciary solutions for the organization and administration of private matters or specific business transactions.
Mr. Broce is also very committed with the pro bono activities of the firm. He played a key role in the team responsible for drafting the bill to organize national volunteering in the Republic of Panama, and has participated in drafting the new Trust law scheduled to be presented to the National Assembly of Panama in 2017.

(Sigma Lambda) in the Law School of the Universidad de Panama (2003). He also held an International Fiduciary Administration Degree from the International Banking Institute in Panama (2008).
