Position

Fanny Evans is a Partner at Morgan & Morgan and works in the Estate Planning and Corporate Services Department, specializing her practice in business and corporate law, estate planning and company formation and management.

She also has a leading role as the Vice-President of Operations of Morgan & Morgan offices in the British Virgin Islands, Belize, and Bahamas.

For almost a decade, Fanny lived in the British Virgin Islands where she served as the Executive Director of our offices in that jurisdiction.

Fanny has also served as speaker at conferences and workshops related to the corporate legislation in the Caribbean jurisdictions. She has also published articles about matters related to comparative law anti-money laundering, corporate governance, and regulatory law.

Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Fanny served as an associate in the Commercial Law Department of a well-known local firm.

Fanny obtained an LL.B. at the Universidad Catolica Santa María La Antigua Law School in Panama and a Master in International Commerce at Universidad Pontificia de Comillas in Madrid, Spain. She also completed the International Program in Business Administration for Lawyers from the INCAE Business School.

Fanny is fluent in Spanish, English, and Italian.

Fanny is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). In addition, she is an associate of the Association of Directors of Panama (ADP).

Mrs. Evans is admitted to practice law in the Republic of Panama.
