Fernando Boyd is a Partner at Morgan & Morgan and works in the Estate Planning and Corporate Services Department, specializing his practice in business and corporate law, estate planning, private interest foundations, and company formation and management.

Mr. Boyd has over 15 years of background advising local and international corporations in complex matters such as group restructurings, asset protection and management and private equity investments. Recognized for his knowledge of Panamanian Corporate Law, Mr. Boyd has also specialized in the creation and administration of complex multi-client and multi-jurisdictional structures.

His client portfolio includes well-known private companies, banking and financial entities, corporate practitioners and private clients. He caters to wealthy families and professionals in South America, especially Chile, Ecuador, and Perú.

He is one of the lawyers responsible for the firm for managing the relationship with Terralex, a worldwide organization of more than 155 firms worldwide.

Mr. Boyd also participates as a conference speaker. In 2019, he was invited to give a speech on the upcoming constitutional reforms to the American Chamber of Commerce of Panama.

He obtained a LL.B. in the School of Law of the Universidad Catolica Santa María La Antigua in Panama (2004); and a LL.M. in Admiralty (Awarded with Distinction) from the School of Law of the Tulane University in U.S.A. (2005).

Mr. Boyd is admitted to practice law in the Republic of Panama.
