Jeremy Boczko focuses his practice on assisting clients in the acquisition and litigation of intellectual property rights, and has led countless brand acquisitions, including some of the most iconic brands in the world. Once acquired, Mr. Boczko helps his clients manage robust licensing and enforcement programs; he is particularly adept at assisting companies acquire and rejuvenate distressed brands. As part of that practice, Jeremy performs searches and helps his clients “quiet” title and obtain protection for new and emerging brands. He is a prominent trademark, copyright, and patent trial litigator, and, as part of his venerable list of successes, Mr. Boczko’s cases have paved the way and created new precedent spanning the gamut of trademark and copyright ownership and infringement, issues of privilege, and discovery. He also serves as the editor-in-chief of Thomson Reuters’ Trade Dress Protection treatise, and is a sought-after speaker, and is often quoted in legal publications on trademark and copyright topics, including their application in the non-fungible token (NFT or NFTs) and metaverse landscape.
