Mr. Lubowitz is head of Weil’s M&A practice and a member of the Firm’s Management Committee. He represents public and private companies in a broad range of transactions, including leveraged buyouts, friendly and hostile acquisitions, strategic investments, proxy contests, spin-offs, director governance advice and in-and out-of-court restructurings. Clients include American Securities, Brookfield, DirecTV, Liberty Broadband Corporation, Hologic, Lindsay Goldberg, Quest Diagnostics, Scripps Networks Interactive, Stoneridge, Wyndham Destinations, Inc., among others.
