Eversheds Sutherland assists national and international companies, most notably AstraZeneca, on a whole host of IP matters, ranging from day-to-day consultancy on the IP aspects of marketing activities to representing clients in court and arbitration proceedings and before the EUIPO and the Bulgarian Patent Office.
