Charlotte Walker-Osborn is the international head of Eversheds Sutherland’s technology sector and a partner within the commercial group. She has been a dedicated technology lawyer for 20 years, advising on all aspects of technology law as well as focusing on cyber-security and telecoms law. Charlotte has significant expertise leading traditional technology/outsourcing projects and international/UK cutting-edge digital, cloud, IoT, Artificial Intelligence, Connected/Autonomous Vehicles and Additive Manufacturing projects. Charlotte is a British Computer Society-Information Security Specialist Group committee member. She acts for many global, FTSE 100 and fast-growth companies, including in the technology, consumer, diversified industrials, utilities, transport and healthcare sectors.

The technology transactions group at Morrison Foerster brings considerable contentious and non-contentious experience across the key areas of digital regulatory, compliance, finance and corporate matters. The practice also offers expertise in IP licensing, fintech, outsourcing, NFTs and digital farming. Alistair Maughan co-heads the European technology and commercial team and advises on service-based outsourcing transactions, commercial licensing and sales contracts.
