Charlotte Walker-Osborn is the international head of Eversheds Sutherland’s technology sector and a partner within the commercial group. She has been a dedicated technology lawyer for 20 years, advising on all aspects of technology law as well as focusing on cyber-security and telecoms law. Charlotte has significant expertise leading traditional technology/outsourcing projects and international/UK cutting-edge digital, cloud, IoT, Artificial Intelligence, Connected/Autonomous Vehicles and Additive Manufacturing projects. Charlotte is a British Computer Society-Information Security Specialist Group committee member. She acts for many global, FTSE 100 and fast-growth companies, including in the technology, consumer, diversified industrials, utilities, transport and healthcare sectors.

The technology transactions group at Morrison Foerster brings considerable contentious and non-contentious experience across the key areas of digital regulatory, compliance, finance and corporate matters.
