Alex is an principal associate in our corporate practice group. He specialises in corporate restructuring and insolvency focusing on non-contentious transactions and re-financing in distress situations.

His recent experience includes: acting for administrators in the pre-packaged sale of an AIM listed media business, orchestrating the enforcement and sale of a multi-million pound property portfolio of behalf of the secured lender, acting in the restructure of a food business carrying £68m of leveraged debt and assisting in respect of the restructure of a pub property group with debt levels in excess of £1.2 billion.

Alex has extensive experience of all forms of UK corporate insolvency regimes, cross-border accelerated corporate sales and acquisitions, distress equity and finance restructuring, LMA distressed debt sales, security reviews and directors' conduct issues. He regularly speaks in training sessions for banks and other financial institutions on the topic of corporate restructuring and recovery procedures.
