Work Department

Ludmilla is an associate in our Competition, EU and Regulatory group. She has a broad based practice, covering investigations, behavioural work and merger control. She has expertise in dominant firm trading and pricing practices.

Her experience includes: advising a major manufacturer on the European Commission’s cartel investigation into trucks; advising a telecoms provider on a potential abuse of dominance claim in relation to access to content; and providing general strategic behavioural advice to clients with dominance-specific concerns in the life sciences and electrical sectors.

Her merger control experience includes recently securing two phase I clearances from the European Commission for clients in the retail sector. Ludmilla’s role involved liaising with all parties and driving the process in order to avoid any unnecessary delays and abide to the very tight corporate timetables.
