Marcel Fuchs joined Eversheds Sutherland in 2022. He completed his MAS in Swiss and International Taxation at Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences, Zurich, in 2020.
Marcel Fuchs is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Since 2013, he worked for a notary’s office and a large business and tax consulting firm in Bern. Prior to that, he was employed at various major Swiss banks (group controlling department) in Zurich.
Marcel Fuchs has a broad area of expertise. He supports both corporate and private clients on local and cross-border matters related to restructurings, M&A transactions, reorganizations, financing, post-tax criminal tax proceedings, international employment (incl. social security and retirement), and succession planning.
