Career

Andrea works together with Swiss and international companies as well as with Private Clients on any local or cross-border tax topics. She is specialized in company restructuring, refinancing, M&A transactions, IP management, intra-group transactions including related transfer pricing matters, set-up and management of participation plans and cross-border situations. Based on the international Tax developments she has developed an in-depth knowledge of Tax Accounting, Tax Reporting and Tax Risk Management.

Andrea is Swiss-certified tax expert and holds a master degree in Business Law from the Zurich University. She is a member of EXPERTsuisse, the national association of experts for audit, taxes and fiduciary. Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, she has set up and led the Tax Department of Ernst & Young (EY) in Basel for many years. She also has built a specialized Tax accounting team in Western Switzerland. Before joining EY, she worked for a large international accounting firm in Zurich, Berne, Western Switzerland and Ticino for over 10 years.
