In her 12 years of experience in the area of ​​Intellectual Property, Ingrid has acquired vast knowledge in trademark registration, service marks, advertising signs, and commercial names, as well as handling objections, oppositions, annulments, and cancellations of trademarks, renewals, name changes, assignments of rights, and other administrative issues. She also has experience in the area of ​​registration of invention patents, utility model registration, and industrial design in national and international phases, and the Patent Cooperation Treaty process on the subject of objections, oppositions, and annulment of patents.

During her career, she has advised and drafted contracts related to the use of an image, exclusive licenses in the area of ​​patents, and the area of ​​Sports, Entertainment and Advertising among others, as well conducts research and analysis on intellectual property issues in general.

She joined the BLP team as an Associate in 2018, after having been a Senior Associate at the Lexincorp firm. A participant in the process of developing the IPAS brand system, as well as in the process of preparing the IPAS patents system, she also collaborated as a Signature Delegate of Registrar Industrial Property (2017-2018), was a Legal Officer in the Legal Department of Patents (2015-2017), and a Legal Officer in the Legal Department of Trademarks (2006-2015) in the General Directorate of Intellectual Property.
