Recent transactions include Blackstone Property Partners and Hudson Pacific Properties’ formation of a joint venture to own three Hollywood studios and five on-lot or adjacent Class A office properties valued at $1.65 billion, KKR and Dalan Management’s formation of a joint venture to own a multifamily portfolio in Brooklyn valued at $860 million, and KKR’s acquisition of Tower 333 in Seattle for $850 million.
