Advises on all aspects of intellectual property, technology and privacy/cybersecurity law, including corporate transactions, licensing, counseling and litigation, in fields including media and entertainment, computer software and technology, financial information, apparel, consumer products, pharmaceuticals and life sciences, online, mobile and social media, and non-profits. Served as lead IP lawyer in hundreds of public and private transactions.
