He has significant experience in both the public and private sectors, where he has worked and provided advice on labor, constitutional and social security areas.
Likewise, it specializes in the defense of companies and public institutions before administrative or judicial claims promoted by workers, also having experience in the elaboration of labor audits.
Before becoming part of Rubio, Leguía & Normand, Sandro served as Judge of the 19 th Labor Court of Lima, currently a member of the Advisory Committee of the Labor Commission of the Congress of the Republic, worked as a member of the Committee of Experts in charge to elaborate the preliminary draft of the integral modification of the Labor Procedure Law. He was also head of division of the Central Legal Affairs Management of ESSALUD.
In the academic field, Sandro is a professor at various universities in the country, such as the University of San Martin de Porres (Post Graduate Unit), University of Lima and the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, giving courses related to Labor Law and Procedural Law Labor. He is also a Principal Professor at the Judicial Academy, providing training on labor issues to all judicial districts in the country.
He is the author of the book ‘El Correo Electrónico Laboral – Límites en su uso y control’. He has written several legal articles and has been a speaker at various conferences and seminars on labor issues.
