He counsels on commercial and investment conflict solution. He has vast experience in negotiation, mediation and out-of-court or judicial conciliation of contradictory claims of the parties. He assists in the preparation of procedural strategies for the due protection of each client’s rights, and the follow-up and evaluation of judicial processes of all kinds, whether representing the plaintiff or the defendant.
Fabrizio is an extrajudicial conciliator for the Conciliation Center of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, certified by the Ministry of Justice, and a member of the Advisory Committee of Procedural Journals. He has published different legal articles on mainly current procedural matters.
