She advises domestic and foreign investors in the development of oil and gas projects, particularly in downstream activities (processing, storage, transport, distribution and commercialization) of oil and its derivatives, natural gas, CNG, LNG and NGV.

Carolina actively participates in the negotiation of contracts with the State and between private parties for the implementation and execution of natural gas transport and distribution concessions through pipelines, as well as in tariff setting procedures for both regulated activities.

She also advises on the identification and obtaining of permits and authorizations necessary to carry out hydrocarbon activities, as well as on Administrative Sanctioning Proceedings initiated by State entities.
