Yumiko Ohta’s practice focuses on a broad range of employment law and HR matters, which includes counselling, negotiations and representing international and domestic companies in employment litigation. In addition, Yumiko advises mergers and acquisitions, data security and privacy issues, compliance, corporate governance and general corporate matters and represents clients in commercial litigations. She has also been serving as a court appointed mediator at the Tokyo Summary Court.
