He has advised national and foreign clients structuring energy projects, and in the acquisition of assets and companies in the energy sector. In addition, he has participated as an advisor in different electric energy and hydrocarbon’s contracting mechanisms, including auctions, direct contracting schemes, and self-generation schemes. Moreover, he has been responsible for the draft and negotiation of infrastructure contracts of the area, which include EPC, O&M and BOOMT contracts, among others.
