Dr. Niv Tadmore heads the Tax Practice in Australia.  He is a seasoned tax lawyer who works with a leading and highly experienced team particularly known for its focus on the conduct and resolution of tax controversy, international taxation, transfer pricing, intangibles and M&A.  Niv has worked with clients on the resolution of some of Australia’s largest and most complex disputes with the Australian Taxation Office. Niv’s experience covers diverse segments of the economy, including the digital economy, energy and resources, financial institutions, pharma, defense infrastructure. Niv’s constructive approach to the management, settlement and resolution of tax controversy has earned him respect and praise from clients, the revenue and peers.

Niv has served as member of key ATO groups, including Dispute Resolution, Large Business Stewardship and APA.  He has also served as member of Australian Federal Treasury groups, including BEPS, transfer pricing and digital taxation.  He is the Chair of the global International Fiscal Association Supervisory Board and President of the Australian Branch.  He is a member of the New York University Practice Council and of the Melbourne University Tax Group Advisory Board.
