The funds group at Goodwin is equipped to handle the full range of investment fund matters, including the formation of private equity, infrastructure, secondary funds, venture capital, and debt funds. Demonstrating ‘excellent knowledge of market practices’, the team also handles fund restructurings and complex incentive arrangements. The practice is co-led by ‘excellent team leader’ Arnaud David, who focuses on fund formation and secondary transactions.
