Fernanda Lopez is a key member of the energy practice, having accumulated significant experience in projects development, financing and M&A transactions, mainly in the energy sector. Her recent work highlights include assisting EDF Renewables in connection with the implementation of the Pirapora Solar Complex, the largest solar power generation facility in operation in Latin America, and the sale of a cocontrol ownership interest in the Pirapora Solar Complex to Omega Geração S.A., as well as assisting Aeris in connection with its framework agreement with Vestas for the supply of blades for wind turbine generators.
