Career

André Uryn has 20 years of experience in the areas of Administrative, Public and Regulatory Law. His experince includes serving as Federal Attorney and Chief Legal Adviser of the Civil Works Secretariat of the state of Rio de Janeiro. He has also been Attorney for the State of Rio de Janeiro since 2004. He is the author of the book “The Limit of Value of the Qualitative Amendment of the Public Works Contract: Regulation and instrumentalization to the demands of the economy” (free translation), published in Rio de Janeiro by Lumen Juris, 2016.
