Elise Farrell advises clients on various government contracts and complex commercial litigation matters. She assists with a variety of procurement and contracts issues, including construction litigation, as well as transactional government contracts due diligence and False Claims Act investigations. Elise also assists in the representation of corporations in internal and government investigations related to government contracts and export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and Export Administration Regulations.
