Eliane Cristina Carvalho is specialist in prevention and resolution of civil disputes, devoting the largest part of her time to commercial arbitrations, national and internationally. Besides, she has extensive experience in crisis management, having worked in critical and great proportion events, demonstrating skills to manage complex situations that, in addition to the strategical conduction of the disputes (arbitral and / or judicial) – in all instances and courts –, providing legal assistance to the client on the relationship with the public authorities for the development of creative solutions and alternatives for the settlement of conflicts, in order to mitigate the impacts of critical disputes on the clients’ business.
