Jana is a partner in Capital Markets and Corporate and M&A at Lefosse.

She has over 10 years’ experience having advised issuers and coordinators in various capital markets transactions, public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities in Brazil and abroad. She is also knowledgeable in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate restructuring and joint ventures. Jana has extensive experience advising domestic and foreign clients on matters of corporate law, capital markets regulation, corporate governance and foreign capital regulation.

Jana is a leading lawyer in Equity Capital Markets transaction values in Latin America and totaled more than BRL 37 billion in deals in 2021 alone (TTR Jan-Oct/2021).

She holds a Law degree from USP (Universidade de São Paulo) and an LL.M from Columbia University. Jana also has experience as a foreign associate at White & Case LLP in New York.
