Career

Guy is a partner in our Litigation, Insolvency and Restructuring Group, specialising in contentious matters. He completed his training at the Manchester office of international law firm DLA Piper and qualified as a solicitor in DLA Piper’s Restructuring group in September 2004. Guy continued to practise at DLA Piper until July 2011 when he joined Campbells and was admitted as an attorney at law in the Cayman Islands. He is a Fellow of INSOL International.

Campbells has a leading role in handling cross-border investment fund litigation, shareholder disputes and Ponzi scheme lawsuits, as well as just and equitable winding up petitions, an area in which Liam Faulkner and Guy Cowan have recently been active. Faulkner’s expertise is also utilised in shareholder and investment fund disputes, while commercial litigation and international arbitration specialist Andrew Pullinger is regarded as an ‘energetic and committed’ lawyer. Guy Manning leads the litigation, insolvency and restructuring team, while Mark Goodman specialises in distressed and failed investment fund litigation. Paul Kennedy is noted for his engagement in fraud and asset recovery matters, while Hamid Khanbhai regularly handles cross-border disputes.
