Tom is a highly-regarded solicitor specialising in defamation, privacy, harassment and data protection law.  He has acted for claimants in a wide range of media and commercial litigation disputes.  In 2017, Tom acted for the claimant who was awarded £25,000 in libel damages in Singh v Weayou [2017] EWHC 2102 (QB) and was part of the legal team for the applicant who successfully applied for an interim-injunction in Brevan Howard Asset Management LLP v Reuters Limited and others [2017] EWHC 644 (QB).

Two years later a new law was issued by the National Assembly containing more than 80 amendments, additions and repeals (Law No 891) which came into force December 18th, 2014.
