Position

Iain is the managing partner of Brett Wilson LLP and a prominent media lawyer, dealing with defamation, privacy, data protection and harassment law. He predominantly acts for politicians, celebrities, HNWIs, corporates, public/trade bodies and professionals.

Iain heads up the firm’s media and communications law department, which is well-known for both claims against the traditional media and cases concerning online publication. Iain frequently provides legal commentary in the national and international media and writes for a number of legal publications.
