Position

Tim Clark is a partner in the Employment Law team at Blandy & Blandy.

Tim trained as a litigator and then specialised in employment law, developing a particular expertise in dealing with re-organisation, restructuring, redundancy and TUPE issues. He is very experienced in the strategic aspects of large scale workforce projects.

Tim also acts for senior executives advising on complex service agreements, commission and bonus arrangements, exit provisions and termination packages. He is an expert in the tax aspects of these arrangements.

Trained at Blandy & Blandy, qualified in 1996 and became a partner in 2005.
