Besides its broad capabilities across the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, Blacks Solicitors LLP provides a niche offering in advising clients on actions against the police and the Ministry of Defence, and on behalf of GP surgeries, dentists, sports professionals, and recruitment businesses. Paul Kelly co-heads the team, handling matters involving redundancy, disciplinary matters, and grievance procedures, alongside co-head Tom Moyes, who specialises in the national minimum wage and work for agency workers. Chris Allen, who also works as part of the sports team, assists in senior departures and shareholder disputes.
