Recent transactions include: the sale of Convergence Therapeutics Limited for GSK for $650m; the acquisition of Archimedes Pharmaceuticals Limited for Prostrakan for £230m; the acquisition of Amber Taverns Limited for MxP Partners for £85m; the sale of Alaric Systems Limited for NVM for $84m.
