Benjamin trained with Weightmans, qualifying as a Solicitor in 2014 and his primary workload focuses on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious contractual disputes, acting on behalf of public bodies, corporate and individual clients.
Benjamin has extensive experience advising and litigating Consumer Credit Act Agreements, having acted on behalf of a number of financial institutions since 2009.
Since January 2019 Benjamin has managed a team of eight individuals primarily working for a patron client of the firm, ensuring adherence to client SLA as well as all management responsibilities.
Benjamin also has extensive experience in unjust enrichment claims, specifically pension salary overpayments and recovering monies for estates of deceased individuals.
