Andrew has 30 years’ specialist experience in Private Client legal affairs.

He has City of London experience and subsequently has practiced for over 20 years in Newcastle as a Partner and Head of Department at Ward Hadaway.

Andrew has particular expertise in acting for entrepreneurial and landed clients predominantly in the North with an emphasis on succession planning through Trusts and Wills.

He advises on complex succession structures involving companies, partnerships, foreign property, pension funds and ownership of land often within complex family circumstances.

Andrew also has significant experience in Employee Benefit Trusts.
